Burger Monger Safety Harbor LLC Giveaway Official Rules
Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Burger Monger Safety Harbor LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
In-Store/QR Code Entry:
Visit the Burger Monger Store in Safety Harbor during the giveaway period.
Scan the QR code provided while in the store and complete the online registration form with your name, phone number, and email address. Limit one entry per person per day.
Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
Hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card.
Limit one entry per person per day. Each entry must be mailed separately and postmarked by the end of the giveaway period.
Conditions:
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will not be accepted.
Odds of winning are the same regardless of entry method.
Duration of Contest: Drawings will occur approximately monthly until the contest ends. The end is at the discretion of Burger Monger Safety Harbor LLC.
Prizes: The winner will receive a $50 gift card or certificate to Burger Monger Safety Harbor. Gift cards or certificates are not redeemable in cash.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email within 10 days of the drawing.
Prize Delivery: Prizes can be picked up at the Burger Monger Safety Harbor restaurant, at 2454 North McMullen Booth Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759. If for any reason the winner is unable to pick up their prize in person, alternate arrangements can be made.
Taxes: Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with the prize.
Release: By entering this contest, you agree to release in writing, Burger Monger Safety Harbor LLC, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in this contest.
Permissions: Winner agrees to allow Burger Monger Safety Harbor LLC to use their name and likeness in promotional campaigns via email, SMS or social media posts and ads.
Void Where Prohibited: This contest is void wherever prohibited by law.
Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
